Need help with rear door speaker wiring

Wires are spliced at kick panel left hand side at the upper disconnect.

When I connect the dark blue w/ black stripe wire to the high input of the amp, the steering wheel warning and traction warning lights come on.

When I disconnect the dark blue w/ black stripe wire, the lights turn off.

What is going on?
