2013 Cruze 1LT auto...or wait for 2014 model?

Hi,

I would love to be able to purchase a 2013 Cruze 1LT Automatic, but I am still just too concerned about all the automatic transmission problems I keep reading out. That is the only issue that is currently holding me back from making
the purchase. So I was wondering if the new 2014 model will have this issue corrected?? Should I wait for the 2014 model, or just purchase a current 2013 1LT Auto? Or, has this automatic transmission problem been blown out of
proportion and it more internet rumors?

So what is the truth here about this issue? Also, when will the 2014 models be in New Jersey dealers??
