Hey guys been here reading lots. Currently driving a supercharged GP and do about 100 miles a day commute (there and back) well I'm in Ontario Canada so technically approx 160kms daily.
Before the grand prix I had a Jetta TDI and put 320,000 on it with no major issues but got sick of the stick and not much for room in the thing.
I see lots of people getting 50+ mpg with their cruze, but wondering if anyone has actually calculated REAL mpgs and not just going by the car computer.
Any thoughts?
Oh, my commute is 90-95% hwy and Country roads which should be a good thing.
What do you guys think of the back seat room? I have three kids and while one of the three sits up in the passenger seat most of the time, it would be nice if all three could fit in the rear (on boosters) from time to time when needed.

(I keep tossing back and forth between the optima hybrid and the cruze diesel, either of which will be better than my current car which runs on premium fuel and usually only averages 21-22mpg....This 80$ every three days is starting to hurt a bit)
