I bought a used 2002 Ford Taurus about 18 months ago. I bought it with 155k on it. My buddy and I did the front suspension, tie rods, plugs and wires, brakes, tranny... Even with all the time, money, and work that had to go into it, it was a pretty good deal for me at the time.
Couple weeks ago the heat decided it didn't want to work anymore. Not sure at this point if it's the thermostat or the heater core, or both, or something else, lol. Either way, it's death is what led me to the Cruze.
I still have the Taurus, up for sale. If I don't get what I want for it, though, I'll be fixing the heat this summer and keeping it for a winter beater. Hate driving my nice new car in the snow.
