Redundant steering wheel control

I have read a lot about adding cruise control on the steering wheel. I have slightly different issue. I just bought a 2013 Cruze LS, which came without any controls. i bought a steering wheel with the audio controls off Ebay, my airbag coil does not have the pins for the controls, so now i need to get the coil replaced also. Has anyone added just the audio controls? I need to do this very badly as it is a problem with fiddling with the radio while driving.

Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated. By the way my dealer is not very helpful on this.
