I have been reading visiting Cruzetalk for about a month, now, and have found it extremely informative. Now that I have taken the plunge, and ordered a new 2013 Eco MT, I figured I might as well join up! The car is due at the dealer in mid-March, and I can't wait to get behind the wheel. Here are the details:
  • Driver Covenience Pkg
  • Enhanced Safety Pkg
  • 250 Watt Pioneer Audio
  • Navigation
  • Molded Front/Rear Mud Guards
  • Dealer installed Fog Lights
  • Dealer installed full Katzkin Leather Interior (Heated Front Seats)
  • Waiting on confirmation of 1st choice (Cyber Gray Metallic) or 2nd choice (Atlantis Blue Metallic)
I have to say, after test driving this car, with my pre-teen kids, I fell in love. I was considering a Focus, or a Mazda 3, but this car blew both of them away on refinement, civilized yet sporty handling, space/comfort, quietness, buttery smooth manual , and Mpg. I felt I was driving an expensive European sports sedan, rather than a pocket rocket. Seeing that I'm turning 50, soon, this car fits my lifestyle MUCH better than the other two options. The fact that it comes in lower on price than a comparably equipped Focus, or Mazda 3, was the icing on the cake! The only thing I wish I had, is a power moonroof. I can always decide to have one installed down the road.

I must point out that I grew up HATING anything GM. My family, and I, only owned Japanese cars since the early 70's, and up 'til now, you would have to pay me to take a Chevy. I have to say I'm beyond impressed that the company has come so far after the bailout. I feel proud to be able to buy American(for the most part). Here's keeping my fingers crossed that I'm not dissappointed with my decision.

Regards
Bill (from CT, USA)
