This is more or less a public request to anybody at GM who can control this stuff. As I mentioned before, in another thread Chevrolet.com says this: (sorry but my enter key is not working on this forum any more for some reason. ..... So I go in to the dealer for my second service and I noticed they did not include the DEF. In fact, they told me they were CHARGED BACK by GM for giving it to me on the first service!! This is just unacceptable for the website to proclaim that it's included and then have something like this happen. Please, oh, please, anybody at GM that can fix this, please do so!!
